1 lb. ground beef
4 medium potatoes, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
other spices as desired

Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil as if you were fixing to wrap a present. Smash ground beef in the bottom of the pan. Top with potatoes, carrots, onions, bell pepper, salt, pepper and other spices (if desired) to taste. Seal the foil so it will be airtight.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until carrots and potatoes are tender.
