CALZONE 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. bologna or mortadella
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
Egg yolk & milk for glaze

Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Add the flour and mix thoroughly, add approximately 1 more cup flour. Knead for a few minutes, then let rest 10 minutes. Roll out on floured board like a large pizza, about a 16 inch circle.

Cut bologna in 1 inch strips and spread on dough. Do the same with the salami and Swiss cheese. Then sprinkle the spinach on.

Roll up like a jelly roll and place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg yolk mixed with a little milk. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Lr EMON AND GARLIC PASTA

1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until done, drain and return to the hot pot. Mince the garlic.

In a small pan, heat the oil and butter. Ad forks or toothpicks and dip into fondue.
