CALZONE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. olive oil
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

FILLING:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. pepperoni slices

GLAZE:

1 beaten egg white
Fennel seeds

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt and olive oil. Add flour until stiff dough forms; turn onto floured board. Knead to dough is smooth, approximately 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise until dough doubles, approximately 1 hour.

Roll dough to size of cookie sheet. Place on it greased cookie sheet. Place filling in center. Seal edges. Brush with glaze. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
