FIVE STAR CHILI
You can easily convert leftovers into Cincinnati style chili with this recipe by adding vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, allspice and cinnamon. This isn't your normal, bland tomato sauce-based chili, I guarantee you'll love this recipe!

2 lb. ground beef
1 env. chili seasoning (your favorite)
1-2 banana peppers, seeded and sliced
1 cup diced green peppers
4 (10 oz ea.) cans French onion soup
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chili beans
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup water (more or less)

SERVE TOPPED WITH:

shredded cheddar cheese
dairy sour cream
Fritos corn chips

When ground beef is almost browned, drain excess fat, then add chili seasoning packet and peppers, continue browning. Add French onion soups and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (add more or less water for desired consistency) and let simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Top with cheddar cheese, dairy sour cream and Fritos.
