STEVE'S CHILI BEEF SANDWICH | |
1 lb beef, cut for stir-fry 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. canola oil 1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chipotle hot sauce 4 sandwich buns, split 2 cups lettuce or watercress In a large bowl, toss beef with chili powder and salt. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil until hot. Add beef, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until no longer pink. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, and hot sauce. Toast sandwich buns. Spread both sides of buns with mayonnaise mix. Divide beef among buns. Top with lettuce. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
