ROSALIE'S EASY CHESS PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. butter, melted
Nutmeg

Combine eggs, milk, rind and lemon juice; mix well. Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix well. Stir in melted butter and pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg lightly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set.
