HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 (12 oz.) bag grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine hash browns, sour cream and cream of potato soup in large casserole bowl. Cook for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook for 30 minutes longer.
