1 pkg. black cherry gelatin - lg. box 1 pkg. lemon gelatin - lg. box 1 pkg. lime gelatin - lg. box 1 pkg. cream cheese (rectangular shape) 1 c. drained pineapple 1/2 c. black walnuts 1 c. whipped cream Prepare gelatin mixes according to package directions, in separate containers. Pour red gelatin into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm. Pour lemon gelatin into mixing bowl. Chill until thickened. Beat with mixer; whip in cream cheese; fold in pineapple, nuts and whipped cream, pour over red gelatin. Chill until firm. Pour lime gelatin over lemon layer. Chill until firm. (If you want, put rings of pineapple on top with whipped cream in center and cherries on the top). |
