UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
2 sticks butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar (16 oz.)
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Layer pecans and coconut on bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave. Add powdered sugar and beat with mixer until smooth. Pour over pecans and coconut.

Make cake according to directions on package. Pour batter mixture over pecan mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 40 minutes until cake is done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
