TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms, optional
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup (cream of)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. (or more) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. pkg. tator tots
1/2 c. chopped onions, optional

Brown beef and onion in butter. Drain. Spread tator tots in the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Spread layer of ground beef over tator tots. Next, spread mushrooms over ground beef. Mix together all cans of soup and shredded cheese and spread over mushrooms (if not using mushrooms over tator tots). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
