TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. (or more) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. pkg. tator tots

Brown ground beef, onion in 1 tablespoon butter, drain. Spread tator tots in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Spread layer of ground beef over tator tots. Then spread layer of mushrooms over ground beef. Mix together all cans of soup and shredded Cheddar cheese and spread over mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
