HONEY COCONUT BARS 
1 Pound cake
1 bag grated coconut
1 sm. jar honey
1 stick soft butter

Set oven at 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet lightly with butter and set aside. Cut cake into 1 inch slices, cut each slice into 3 bars. Add butter and honey on tops and sides of each bar.

Put some coconut in a shallow pan. Then roll bars in the coconut, covering, tops and sides. Place the bars on the cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
