HEALTHY CHICKEN A LA KING 
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. cooked peas
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. sliced, cooked carrots
1/4 c. onion
2 tsp. pimiento

Dissolve cubes in hot water. In saucepan, melt the butter, blend in flour. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly. Cook to medium heat, stirring constantly. Add other ingredients except the chicken. Heat through, then add the chicken.
