SMOR PANN 
1 1/2 c. thick sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Stir together cream, butter, salt and eggs; then add 1 cup milk and flour to make a thick batter. Then thin to about waffle batter consistency by adding more milk. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, reduce to 350 degrees for 1 hour.

If using glass dish, bake in 375 degrees for 15 minutes and 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in small squares and serve with syrup or place squares in soup bowl and pour wine soup over it, very good!
