PULLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts
3 cups water
barbecue sauce (your favorite)
hamburger buns

Add the water to the Crock-Pot. Clean and trim chicken breasts, then add to water. I prefer to cook them on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 7 hours.

After the chicken is cooked (falling apart) remove it from the Crock-Pot and shred it. Then place it into a frying pan and add barbecue sauce (a little more than half a bottle) and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. I prefer Famous Dave's BBQ sauce.

Serve it on buns and enjoy!
