ZUCCHINI SAUSAGE PIE 
2 lb. zucchini, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. cracker crumb
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cook zucchini in salted water until tender; drain. Saute sausage and drain. Combine zucchini and sausage with remaining ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of cheese. Spoon into greased 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
