BEEF ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can chili beans
1 small can whole kernel corn
1 small can diced green chiles
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 dozen corn tortillas
Grated cheddar cheese

While meat is browning, cut tortillas into strips. Mix all other ingredients. When meat is brown, add to other mixture. In a baking dish, place a layer of tortilla strips and a layer of the mixture, then another layer of tortilla strips and another layer of mixture. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F 35-40 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
