1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips, crushed
Taco sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle tortilla chips in bottom of a baking pan. Top with half of cheese. Add beef mixture next, put some taco sauce over meat. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick mix. Pour over the meat. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Spread rest of cheese and sauce oven the top and let cheese melt in oven.
