Mix together:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. paprika
4 tbsp. hot water
1 c. peanut oil (only)

Rub on turkey both inside and out. Place in oiled brown paper bag. Tie and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes per pound. This is kinda messy to fix but results great.
