1 1/2-2 lbs. spaghetti Garlic 1/2 lb. cut up bacon 1/2 c. white wine 4 eggs Cheese, salt, pepper (to your own taste) Spaghetti or linguine Put 2 tablespoons of oil in pan. Brown garlic and remove. Add 1/2 pound bacon and fry until almost crisp. Take out bacon and dump most of the excess drippings from the pan. Return bacon, add white wine and cook until wine almost evaporates. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Toss pasta into mixture until completely coated. Add bacon and serve immediately. |
