POTATO SALAD 
16 potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon
Salt and pepper

Scrub potatoes, leave skins on, cube and boil for 10 minutes. Drain. Place potatoes in a bowl or baking dish. Add Velveeta cheese cubed, 2 cup mayonnaise and fried and diced bacon. Fold together. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
