CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lg. chicken
5 hard boiled eggs
1 bunch celery
1/2 pt. sweet mix pickles, cubed
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. veal, cooked with chicken
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. ice water

Cut all ingredients fine with scissors and mix with one pint of mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of ice water to blend chicken salad.
