1 lg. box chocolate pudding that has to be cooked
1 box chocolate cake mix without pudding in it
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Cook pudding according to box directions. Add cake mix to pudding and mix well. Put in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Put chocolate chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
