1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 can thank you cherry pie mix
2 eggs

Mix all these ingredients together. Place in Pyrex 9x12 pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees. 9x12 pan - 35 minutes or until done. Bundt - 50 minutes or until done.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips

Boil and pour over cake while cake is still warm.
