1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1 box chocolate fudge instant pudding
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a 13 x 9 pan and stir with a fork until blended, about 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan and cut in squares. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or iced if desired.
