BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. fresh scallops, cleaned and dried
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Dip scallops in butter; roll in Ritz crackers. Arrange in casserole dish. Pour remaining Ritz cracker crumbs over scallops and then the remaining butter. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
