CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. lard
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. flour

Beat together above ingredients in blender. Stir to dissolve 2 tablespoons dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with a small amount of sugar.

Add the dissolved yeast to blender. Blend in 2 cups flour. Pour from blender; knead in 2 cups flour and finally 1 1/2 to 2 cups more flour to make firm dough. Let rise, punch down, rise again and roll as for cinnamon rolls with butter, sugar and cinnamon.

SYRUP:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. ice cream

Melt together in pan. Lay rolls on top of syrup in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
