EASY FRENCH BEEF DIP
My family loves these with Swiss cheese!

1 lb. roast beef
1 pkg. au jus mix
1 tbsp. rosemary (optional)
1 pkg. hogie rolls

Get the roast beef from the deli. Have it sliced very thinly.

Prepare in a pot the au jus mix, add rosemary and layer roast beef one piece at a time - that way they aren't clumped together. Let the mixture come to a boil and simmer for about 25 minutes. Enough to let the juice absorb into the meat. It will have lost the slickness it had when you got it.

You can toast your rolls before adding the meat to them. Use the leftover juice as dipping sauce.

Serves 4.
