THE VERY BEST PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. orange juice or lemonade or any citrus juice

DOUBLE:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. orange juice or lemonade or any citrus juice

Cut Crisco into flour sifted with salt until it is starting to stick together - pastry cutter is best. Add orange juice, 1 tablespoon at a time and cut in with a fork until mixture sticks together. Form dough ball and roll out on a floured surface.
