SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. sherry flavoring
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together and crumble on top of casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees uncovered about 30 minutes.
