12 oz. chocolate chips
1 cube butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. Rice Chex

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in top of double boiler. Add Rice Chex and pour mixture into paper bag with 1 pound of powdered sugar. Shake until sugar coats all.
