SMOKED RED FISH 
1 (8 or 10 lb.) red fish
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. paprika
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Clean and fillet fish, leaving scales. Marinate overnight. Put in smoker or barbecue pit until done.
