FUDGE PIE (WITHOUT THE CRUST) | |
1 c. sugar 6 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Combine butter, vanilla and eggs. Stir liquid into dry ingredients and pour mixture into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool completely for several hours. Cut in wedges and serve with whipped cream if desired. |
