APPLE-CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
4 c. cranberries (1 lb. pkg.)
7 or 8 peeled sliced apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine and place in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan. Top with crumb topping. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter.
