BLUE RIDGE APPLE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. raw cranberries (if canned, cut cooking time)
3 c. unpeeled apples, chopped
Nuts, as desired
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Few shakes nutmeg

Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
