ITALIAN SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch fresh broccoli
3 tomatoes, cut up
2 sm. cans mushrooms
8 oz. bottle Italian dressing
1 onion, chopped 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1 c. chopped celery

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients. Put in sealed bowl. Refrigerate 24 hours. Shake or turn upside down several times to marinate.
