ITALIAN SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen cut broccoli (do not cook)
1 can sliced black olives
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4-6 green onions
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 lg. green pepper
1 carton chewy tomatoes
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. bottle Italian dressing

Let stand overnight, gently stir once in a while. Can add garlic salt or powder. Great served with lasagne.
