ITALIAN SALAD 
Green peppers
Red peppers
Yellow peppers
Green onions
Mushrooms
Cucumbers
Tomatoes (firm)
Mozzarella cheese

GROUP #2:
Black olives (without stone)
Capers
Chopped parsley
Chopped basil (fresh)
Crushed garlic (fresh)
Salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste
Cold pressed olive oil
Brown Italian vinegar
Pinch of sugar

Group #1: Chop (large pieces).

Group #2: Cold pressed olive oil and vinegar; mix. Add garlic salt, pepper, and Tabasco; mix. Add parsley, capers, and olives.

Add sauce to salad and mix well (group 1 and 2). Just before serving, add a pinch of sugar and the chopped fresh basil.
