SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 c. pear juice
3 oz. lime Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
2 1/2 c. canned pears, mashed
1 c. whipping cream

Heat juice and pour over lime Jello. While hot, add cream cheese that has been softened with cream. Pour in blender and whip until smooth. Place in refrigerator until cool and thick. Add mashed pears. Fold in whipped cream and mold. Unmold on a bed of lettuce.
