1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (6 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding (large size)
cold milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 bag gummy worms

Crush cookies (including filling) in a Ziploc bag.

Prepare instant pudding with cold milk according to package directions. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer in a sand pail, clear bowl or small cups: Oreos, Cool Whip mix and worms; repeat. Last layer Oreos on top with worms poking in and out. Enjoy!
