1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. oil
1-1/3 cups buttermilk
1 small can Angel flake coconut
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites

Beat egg whites stiff. Set aside. Blend all other ingredients and beat. Fold in egg whites.

Frosting:

1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt to consistency. Add 1 box powdered sugar.
