CHICKEN RICE SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Tyson diced chicken meat1/2 c. cold, cooked rice
3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. olives, chopped
3/4 c. frozen or canned peas
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten sufficiently. Serve on bed of lettuce. Serves 6.
