CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cold cooked rice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine mayonnaise, curry, pepper and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate approximately 2 hours.
