ELROY'S CHICKEN SALAD 
1 can chestnuts, sliced
1 can bamboo shoots
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed (approximately 5 1/2 breasts)
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Curry to taste
2 cans chow mein or rice noodles

Combine everything except noodles. Refrigerate overnight. Add noodles; mix at serving.
