HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat and onion. Add tomato soup, salt, pepper and water. Simmer about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add sour cream. Serve over hot butter noodles.
