FAJITAS 
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer (optional)
3 tbsp. oil or clarified butter
Sliced chicken or beef

Mix the above ingredients together. Marinate fajita meat (beef or chicken) in mixture for at least 2 hours. Grill.
