POTATO SOUP 
4 c. diced potatoes
2 c. diced onion
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. evaporated milk
Polish sausage or ham

Cook potatoes and onion in 4 1/2 cups water until just tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer approximately 1/2 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
