POTATO SOUP | |
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut up 5 celery stalks, sliced and cut up 2 med. onions, diced 1/3 to 1/2 c. parsley flakes Salt to taste 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, sliced 1 pt. sour cream Boil the first 5 ingredients in enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Add the sausage sliced very thin, and the sour cream. Simmer for 1 hour or longer. Serve with rye bread. |
