STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 lb. hamburger
2 boiled eggs
12 to 15 slices bread
Salt and pepper to taste
1 doz. ripe tomatoes
2 raw eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
Butter or bacon grease

Lightly brown 1 pound hamburger. Drain and set aside. Take 1 dozen real ripe tomatoes and cut stem ends off. Scoop inside of tomatoes out and set aside in bowl Be sure to take out the core. Add boiled eggs, raw eggs, bread slices, onions, salt and pepper to taste, to hamburger. Mix all this together real well. Put this mixture in scooped out tomatoes. Put a little butter or 1 teaspoon bacon grease on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
