CHOCOLATE YUMMY CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick utter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Cool completely.

2nd Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix first 2 ingredients together. Then add the Cool Whip. Spread over 1st Layer.

3rd Layer:
2 lg. boxes instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over 2nd Layer.

4th Layer:

Cover generously with Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans and cherries. Chill.
